All financial transactions on BingoPlus are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the supported payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction, and all funds deposited are held in your account balance for use on eligible wagering activities. BingoPlus reserves the right to void, adjust, or suspend markets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or circumstancesthat fall outside the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, regulatory changes, or verified integrity concerns affecting the relevant sporting event or game. Players are expected to use the platform solely for personal recreational entertainment and must not engage in any form of collusion, arbitrage, automated betting, or any activity that the platform reasonably determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of fair use. BingoPlus monitors wagering activity and reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts where irregular patterns are identified, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the concern.
From time to time, BingoPlus may offer promotional incentives, voucher credits, bonus funds, or other reward programmes to eligible registered players in the Philippines. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering contribution rules, and expiry periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is made available. Promotional funds and voucher credits are distinct from real-money balances and may carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Misuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, providing false information during registration, or exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of any related funds and may lead to permanent account closure. BingoPlus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and the platform's decision regarding the application of promotional terms is final in all cases.
BingoPlus is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices among all registered players in the Philippines. BingoPlus provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance, high-traffic periods, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, BingoPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, delays in transaction processing, or the outcome of any wager or game. The platform does not provide any guarantee of winning outcomes, and all wagering activity involves inherent financial risk that you accept entirely upon placing a bet or engaging with any game on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. BingoPlus reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review the terms periodically so that you remain informed of the conditions governing your use of the platform. Continued use of BingoPlus following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
